Pros
1
Excellent communication and client-focused approach
“Straight forward and brings it down to your non-legal level of understanding. Honest options and awesome communication. You won't feel rushed or just like 'another customer' to crank through the works here.”
2
Transparent and fair pricing
“I had contacted a couple of firms that were not transparent about their pricing and seemed to be trying to funnel me into a multi-thousand dollar retainer consultation. I called Anzen and they spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me and gave explanations of some of the issues involved, without charge.”
3
Knowledgeable and helpful attorneys
“One of the attorneys, Kevin Strait, walked me through all my options for starting a non-profit. He was able to boil down the process to the essential things I needed to know.”
4
Flexible and responsive service
“The team at Anzen Legal were very helpful and flexible with my schedule. Professional mind-easers.”
5
Personalized and detail-oriented estate planning
“Cameron Kawato at Anzen Legal Group was wonderful to work with. We prepared our estate planning with him and not only was he very thorough in researching all aspects of the law that applied to our situation and locality, as well as helpful and thorough with regards to answering all our questions and making sure we were considering every aspect of our estate planning on both the medical and property sides, but he also offered all these services at a great fixed price that we knew upfront without any hidden cost adders or surprises along the way.”
Cons
1
Possible lack of empathy or concern for client's situation
“Never communicated that they were going to do nothing for me. Quick to take your money but seems like that's all they do. Grant it the situation im in really sucks. But I felt Anzen was never in my corner.”
