Our family recently went through the passing of both our parents within 1 year of each other. Our parents had created individual Wills as well as a Revocable Trust Agreement. Unfortunately, even though they left these documents for the family to settle their Estate, there were numerous unanswered questions that surfaced after they passed away. I'm not a big fan of consumer surveys and feedback. However, we felt that when you run across someone or some service that exceeds your expectations it should be shared, as it may help someone else down the line. Thorough, patient, clear communication are some of the words to describe the incredible plan that Josh created for us. One of the confusing aspects for us was how to ensure our oil and gas rights (royalties) were passed along with low tax consequences and to avoid probate, if possible.
