I have worked with Elizabeth Mankamyer on several real estate deals over the last few years. We worked with Elisabeth to purchase our home in a "for sale by owner" situation. We didn't want to work with a real estate agent since we had already done all the work of finding the home so we asked our group of friends for recommendations -- Elisabeth was recommended to us and we have since then recommended her to others. After receiving an absurd letter from the Davis Law Firm, I issue this admonition to those considering engaging their services. In this case, Mr. Davis appears to be disconnected from reality and full of his bully self. He fabricated baseless allegations, suppositions, insinuations, and formulated thinly veiled threats. His “research” is laughable, and he has a weak command of the written English language. I returned the letter – which was meant to deter me from pursuing an action within our HOA – graded “D-/F.” Beware.

Working with Beth on my lease was great! Highly recommend. She is thoughtful with her comments and knows the nuances of real estate law. She was an advocate for me and was also sensitive of staying within my budget!
