Chris Radeff and her team are conscientious, caring, and dedicated representatives for their clients. I know I got incredibly fortunate to find such fantastic legal counsel, and their dedication to doing what is right is incredible. They can't control the outcome (no one can or they would be called miracle workers, not lawyers), but they will do everything they can to help people obtain freedom and present the realities of the court system that clients are entering. I have always felt as though I were truly getting "counsel" from Ms. Radeff and her colleagues, and then I was able to make the decision about which move to make, and that they understand what is happening in my situation rather than seeing me as simply a source of income. If all law firms operated on the same principles as Radeff & Hart the world would be a much better place and lawyers generally would have a better reputation.

I hired Chris Radeff as a legal fee expert witness regarding opposing counsels attorneys fee following a divorce. Chris was extremely detailed in her report, very thorough on the stand, and very credible to the magistrate. Also important to note, she was very reasonable on her fees. I would recommend her as an expert witness and based from my experience, I would not hesitate to hire her as my primary attorney and highly recommend her.

I have worked together on the other side of cases with Chris Radeff many times over the years. She is professional, intelligent and works hard to focus on the needs of her clients without wasting clients time and funds over unnecessary arguments. She is a skilled courtroom attorney and a strong advocate for the practice of family law itself.

Chris Radeff has been my attorney for the last four years, and she has been tremendously supportive, responsive, and helpful in the wide variety of legal disputes involved in my divorce. As an attorney myself, I am impressed at every turn how she puts her knowledge and experience to work. She is without hesitation my #1 recommendation to all of my friends and colleagues who need a family law attorney. Additionally, Chris has an outstanding reputation among judges and other attorneys practicing in Colorado because of her approach and dedication to improving the practice of family law. I have noticed a few negative reviews. My suspicion is that these reviews are from clients who have been represented by other attorneys opposed to Chris (i.e., not Chris's clients), or by clients who have had wildly unrealistic expectations entering into a divorce proceeding. Merely hiring an excellent attorney does not guarantee receiving absolutely everything you desire in a divorce because that's just not the way the law or the court system works. As for the review in which someone complained about being charged fees, yes, attorneys do indeed charge fees for their services. Chris's partner Andrew Hart has pinch hit for me a couple of times when Chris has been traveling or involved in a trial. He's also an outstanding attorney.

Where to begin? I was and still am up against Radeff so I'm obviously biased. Starting off, she is not a legal authority, I paraphrase but "go ahead and reach out to my office for when you can see your son". Ah that's not how it works she's an attorney, not a governing body, who she thinks she is. I've been in the divorce process against this woman for close to a year now. Her firm notoriously drags their feet and is slow, Increasing everyone's legal costs. At the temporary orders hearing her evidence of me having a drink on my birthday was an MIP I got when I was 18, I'm 38 now. She left approximately 3 minutes to question me. She has a weird laugh in court. One of the places where I think true professionalism should shine. She does not respond to my attorney in a timely matter. Final hearing was almost a month ago. No divorce decree yet, no quitclaim deed prepared for my house yet releasingy ex from the title. As far as I can tell she cares about one thing, not your children, who their around, not your well being; she cares about money. How much can she get out of you. Her questioning is borderline terrible, she says "I find that hard to believe" a lot. As an honest person believe whatever makes you happy Chris lol. I showed up to Radeffs office with a check for payout to my ex for approximately $88k and was just brushed away. Oh I'll take that. Yeah I'm sure that firm would. She has constantly threatened me via third person via my attorney and always questioned why I wasn't arrested for a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time for violating a temporary protection order. But I think her reading comprehension is deteriorating, see Radeff and my ex took approximately 10 hrs of my freedom for texting my ex wife, "thank you very much what a relief". A relief a year old kid does not have to be around two people that failed at their marriage not even two years into it, together for 7 years. 7 words above cost me a years probation and a multitude of fees. I get Radef runs a business but, simply put, whoa. She has a righteous ego. Probably costs a fortune to do anything. Her job is to try to destroy the opponent. Don't let her. Stick to the person you are. Your interacting with this law firm because you were 50% of the problem. It takes two to tango. I can only imagine what my ex's bill is going to be or is with this representation she chose. Radef "weighs in" on the case in a terrible fashion. Her questioning and cross are pathetic. Via some other reviews I have read yeah she's a man hater. I bet it really sucked for her to find the only thing I've been CONVICTED of I'm my life was an MIP, I almost started laughing in court too along with her. She tried to take my son away from me (succeeded for 11weeks) tried to get supervised visitation with alcohol testing before and after visit, tried to get a PPO against me and failed. Why? Because I have never done anything nor been CONVICTED of anything besides violating a tpo for texting 7 words. Let a judge do their work, Radef is not a judge. In my opinion as I mentioned I was against Radeff, and she looks close, it's time to count the money up and retire. She is a terrible human being and wants you to think she'll ruin your life. Don't let her. Make a judge decide your fate, don't negotiate about anything. It will just cost you money. Update 8/1/23: Ex has blown through roughly $90k. If I had to guess, Radef was paid anywhere from $40-65k for the job she did. Via her counseling our 2021 federal tax return using Radef's words, " is lost in cyberspace.". Think about that for a minute, she actually said that. It is August 2023 and because of Radef the divorce finances have not been fulfilled. I have fulfilled my half of the agreement. Chris is still dragging this on. Mind you we were a couple who roughly made $120k combined a year. Stay far away from Radef!

Being represented by Chris Radeff was an experience beyond my worst nightmare. She completely destroyed our case, allowed my ex husband to kidnap my 18 month old daughter, allowed him to make a variety of (immediately) disprovable claims and withhold my daughter for months before then agreeing to have me on “supervised” visitation (on no grounds whatsoever). We ended up shelling out $1,000 a month on visitation costs for the next four months after the kidnapping. She never responded to emails or calls, and made us feel entirely powerless against my abuser. My child was in a dangerous situation and she could have cared less, about my infant daughter or myself. She blew through our $5,000 retainer in a month and did NOTHING but damage our case. Please, PLEASE spare yourself from this heartless wench, ESPECIALLY if you have children. She will drag you through the coals, gauge you for everything you’re worth, never respond, and do irrevocable damage to your case. So grateful we fired her and went to another attorney, the experience has been night and day. Save yourself and go to ANYONE else, this woman should be DISBARRED.

If your looking for a decent divorce attorney, this firm is not it...They didn't help me with my situation at all and got pulled across the coals. Your money would be well spent elsewhere!

Chris Radeff and Andy Hart are conscientious, smart, and tremendously well-respected lawyers. I am always glad when I see Pelegrin & Radeff as counsel in a case.
