I was involved in a serious car accident that despite all of the witnesses saying it was not my fault, I was still issued a ticket and the injured party hired a lawyer and was threatening to sue for an amount in the 7 figures. I had never been involved in anything like this ever before and was terrified. David was the perfect example of calm preparedness during what became a lengthy and tenacious process. Not only did David go above & beyond the call of duty, be he was a beacon of hope during one of the most difficult times of my life when it seemed my options were limited and the likelihood of a favorable resolution seemed impossible, Ultimately the DA dropped the case & prosecution was averted due to David's hard work and I would highly recommend David to ANYONE facing any type of criminal charges without reservation!

David handled a very complex criminal matter as well as a complicated civil seizure for me. In the beginning I was looking at a very long prison sentence and complete loss of all my assets. The case took 15 months to resolve, which resulted in a significant amount of assets being returned to me and a minimal jail sentence. The outcome was better than I could have ever hoped for and I am very pleased.
