Professional and friendly place, centrally located in downtown Grand Junction, Colorado.

I had posted a review a short while back concerning dis-satisfaction with services and lack of response I had received. This was during the first initial stay in place order for covid-19. Since, David Mueller has contacted me and apologized for the delay in response. He explained that he and others had been working from home and things had backed up. He has assured me that my case was and is a priority to him and he has been very diligent to keep me updated. I explained to David that I am not normally one who writes reviews, that pain has a way of making us react sharply some times. I am very grateful to have David in my corner fighting for me.

Very disappointed with end results. I was left disabled, with the promise that once I signed off on the comp portion, the medical would remain open and I would be represented by them to the insurance co. I have been turned down for therapy as well as other procedures by the insurance. After numerous calls over a two month period to David that went unanswered and un-returned, I realized I was on my own to find help. Still disabled, still in pain, still struggling.

Find someone else they obviously lacked the experience to do what's needed

Used one of the attorney's to represent me for my Disability hearings and after a long hard fight my case was approved and the attorney received the standard automatic percentage payment directly from the back award but 2 1/2 yes latter got letter that if I wanted all my records I would need to come up with over $275.00 more and even if I didn't want those records I still owed the money.

service was great and so was the food

this law firm gave me some honest advice about my disability claim, and even provided a form for my doctor to fill out which state you reviewed to better help my case. I did not use this lawyer because they didn't think I could win.
