Lack of preparation and attention to detail in court proceedings

“She wasn't prepared for court. She had a witness on my behalf that she didn't register with the court. He showed up and couldn't testify. Brittany assured me it was a "slam dunk".”

Poor communication and responsiveness during the case

“As the case approached (still never asking for or getting information or proof on anything) she informs me she is making up witness list and about a week prior to this I had met with accountant and she had finished up initial information and said she wanted to request more information) well then the following Monday Mrs. ray inform me she has to have a report from accountant by that day or it's to late to use her as a witness.”

Inability to effectively advocate for the client's best interests
