This Attorney has submitted paper work with incorrect birthdates. Has also emailed incorrect court dates. Stay clear if you want someone professional in my opinion.

Robert Wiest is a contract attorney for Weld County Colorado. He was court appointed to represent my family. Against CPS. He did not depose anyone, he did not call witnesses, he made an objection only once that his client could remember. Of course he lost the case. How can you win a case when there is no defense - not possible. In my opinion, he is a coward and corrupt.

Robert Weist represented me in my case and won everything I wanted. He was aggressive with what I wanted and was not about to let me get raked through the coals on any thing. I would say his ethics are right where they need to be and he has great integrity

Represented our business. A business partner hired him. They are friends and neighbors. Our business partner is being investigated by the weld county district attorneys office for class 3 felony theft. Mr. Wiest is representing this individual. Also, Mr. Wiest secretly set up a company with this individual to compete with company that he wrote the LLC agreement for. He then attempted to bill different company for his neighbors new company. I am surprised of the lack of regulation relating to attorney ethics.
