Simply terrible. His staff has no ability to do anything. His underling apparently does not know how to use email or a phone. Avoid at all costs.

I have had a DUI on 2 unfortunate times in the past 5yrs..Bill has investigated both incidents with a personal investment regarding both the outcome and just as importantly the months of ligation with respect to my family and all that is involved with the legal system I have recognized not only the time and effort to keep myself and my family in the loop, but also the due diligence required to insure the best possible outcome available. I recently had to do my first ever eviction with a commercial tenant and Francis Kailey helped me through the whole process which anyone knows can be very daunting. Francis is thorough and on top of all the latest laws for tenants and landlords. I was so impressed with his attention to detail that I have him look over all my leases on a yearly basis. It is such a relief as a landlord to have a professional like Francis in my corner. He really cares about his clients and works hard for the best outcome possible. We are grateful for his professionalism, knowledge and expertise.

In regards to Francis Kailey I have the highest respect for Mr. Kailey and his ability to resolve problems applying laws to the facts. A dangerous tenant can be very threatening. Mr. Kailey resolved the many problems before and after they occurred in a manner that was easily understood by a layperson, but not at all condescending as he explained all to me. I have such confidence in his legal expertise and chair-side manner. Mr. Kailey understood my problem and was empathetic. I highly recommend him.
