This law firm has been extremely easy to get in contact with and get a completely free consultation. I am dealing with workers compensation right now and my claim looked like it was not going in my favor. I called this place and the first person to help me was Britton Morrell and he provided me with so much information and helped me understand exactly what I needed to do to navigate the rest of the process. He used language that was very easy for me to understand and I feel like for a free consultation it was way more information and help than I thought I would get. When my claim looked like it was getting denied I reached out again and heard back within 24 hrs and dealt with Shelia. She explained she has been on both sides of the injured worker and workers comp. She was also extremely knowledgeable and explained things very well. I ended up not using them but their free consultations were extremely valuable and am very grateful for Kaplan Morrell. I would highly recommend this law firm for any workers comp issues.

Michael Kaplan is the BEST EEEEEEVER!!! In 2013, after a work comp accident in NO, an attorney would take my case because there just wasn't enough money it it for them. But Michael did! He told me from the beginning that he would be with me until the end, and he made good on his promise to me for the next 7 years. Yes, it took that long because I was diagnosed with RSD/CRPS. At the time, the dr's said that it was just a possibility but after testing it was confirmed and the dr's contacted Michael, who then contacted me, from Spain where he was also helping people just like me. Even thousands of miles away from Colorado, Michael was on top of my case and talked me through the most difficult time of my life! He had to peel me off the ceiling a few times and did so with grace. THANK YOU, Michael! After more surgeries than one person should have to go through, having my life turned upside down, Michael was able to settle my case in 2020 and he made sure that I am taken care of for the REST OF MY LIFE medically and my settlement was more than I had hoped for again, THANK YOU Michael! Mr. Kaplan took my case after several other attorneys had turned it down. My husband was a nurse who passed away as a result of being exposed to COVID which occurred at his place of employment. Mike made no false promises. Mike told me from the start it would be difficult to prove when and where his COVID exposure took place. Mike was still willing to take the case and advocate for my deceased spouse. After much work and negotiations Mike was successful in obtaining a settlement.
