I went to Dave with an issue regarding damage to my home from a piano mover. Trust me when I say I was really angry and wanted a lawsuit against the company for maximum damages. Dave looked at all of the data and evidence I had and the estimated damage to my home and recommended that I just take the case up with my homeowners insurance rather than hiring him to take to court. It ended up working out really well and he helped bring me back to reality when I was just seeing red. We hired David and his team to help us with a few contracting cases. We are in real estate and had major issues with contractors that resulted in significant damages. He knew exactly how to approach the situation to make sure we were protected and acted quickly to submit claims.
