Could not assist me in my legal issue. Useless

You cannot go wrong working with the Gold Law Firm. They helped with my brothers case, and then when I was in an accident. Shaun is great, and always willing to answer questions. Both Shaun and Greg care about their clients, and being an advocate for them.

As per the situational context of needing a law firm, I wasn’t very happy that I needed a lawyer at all. I have very little trust for firms handling my money and even less trust during emotionally strenuous situations. Still, when we met Shaun and Greg, the two handling my case the closest, I was relieved to find they were extremely careful towards me and my family from start to finish. They were emotionally aware, generally kind- and certainly quite the characters. They practiced complete clarity and honesty with me while handling all terms of affairs, explaining things as many times as I needed them with the patience for a million questions (of which I had two), always handed over the documents I wanted without fuss (and a lot of times without having to even ask), and tied off every loose end with a bow. I sincerely appreciate the hard work of the firm that got me where I am today, as this was definitely a difficult and long haul of a case. Really pleased with the timely responses and the drive for a goal. A very big thanks from me all around.
