Great advice

I've since had a more recent chance to re-engage with Mr. Caplis. See follow up comments at end of comments. Original comment. Lot of rhetoric Mr Caplis called back after receiving my lot of rhetoric post. We have played phone tag, so I thought I would leave a message. The mailbox is full and can't accept messages. But here's what happened. I had to call his office back to find out my case wasn't worthy, but I never was told why. New comments After further talking with Mr. Caplis, personally, I have come to a conclusion that he is the gentleman I originally thought he was. Very helpful and informative. And I'm not sure whether I have a case or not, but that doesn't matter
