This “judge” does a disservice to domestic violence and child abuse victims! Her exact words were, “although it’s been years since he was found guilty of these charges, people change and he deserves a chance to try again”. IF this is the magistrate you’re going in front of do whatever you can to have your case reassigned. It’s pathetic knowing she’ll not only put women in dangers way by forcing said woman and mother to deal with their aggressors but she has no heart and will put children in the path of danger with a smirk on her face”. We’ve all heard of cops with too much power, we’ll Echo here is a single entitled white woman with too much power and zero care for you (as a listed victim) and your children (as listed victims). Please stay safe and do what’s needed to get this person out of her seat.

I highly recommend Danielle Loth for anyone in need of a timely, professional and well informed attorney in family law and divorce matters. Her responses were always prompt and she showed genuine dedication to my case in her attention to deadlines and the availability she made in her schedule to meet and discuss issues. I have nothing negative to say about my experiences with Danielle Loth or the firm she is at. They explained the entire process of my custody case and what to expect along they way. Considering how stressful a custody case can be, Danielle and Ben made it an easy and straight forward. I hired a different attorney several years ago and was led down a few dead ends, which ultimately made me give up on my case for a few years. That was an expensive and very stressful process. I am so glad that Danielle and Ben were recommended to me by a friend because I can now close that chapter in my life and move forward.

Would highly recommend using these guys for any legal needs but specifically contract disputes/real estate. Unfortunately our team found ourselves in a meritless lawsuit several years after closing a transaction and these guys were able to get us the most favorable outcome possible. Specifically recommend Trey Eckloff who was super helpful, patient, and intelligent. Also worked with Casey, Caitlin, and Nathan who were excellent as well. Highest recommendation.
