I had to use a lawyer twice in the last ten years (surprising even to myself!). I used Jordan, Herington & Rowley both time. Now you know if you use a lawyer a *second* time, you must really trust them. And that's how I feel about Jason, Ross and Ashley (as well as all of the others I have worked with there). They are very professional, kind and genuinely interested in their clients. I hope to never use them again because I hope to not need to. But if I do, they are definitely the legal team I will call.

Determining the accurate value of a case is the most important aspect of any personal injury situation, and Jason and his team did an excellent job of patiently peeling back the layers until we all had a realistic expectation of what my case was worth. I was in a bad motorcycle accident where i was hit by a driver who ran a stop sign. I had multiple surgeries and was unable to walk for more than 3 months. Jordan Law came on to the case at the recommendation of my first attorney. Jason and his team listened to me, asked all the right questions and ultimately were able to secure a settlement for me that was more than acceptable. If there are say 100 plaintiffs attorneys in Colorado, only about 20 of them will actually stand in front of a jury and plead your case. And of those 20, only 5-8 have consistent success. Jason is one of those 5. While nobody wants a case to go that far, knowing you have an attorney that is willing to do that, with a track record of success should give you confidence you are choosing the right team.

With them I left the difference is you get a strong team to fight for you, with advantages in experience, professionalism, technology, and collaboration. Should you perceive them as high cost, like I initially did, I later found out their rates are fair for their high quality of work. Like everything in life, make sure you understand the contracts you sign.
