Dan caplis law firm is a more then amazing law firm. I would i highly recommend this law firm. When I say they're amazing they truly are awesome from there whole team from they're driver Aaron all the way to Dan is truly unbelievable. They got me the justice I deserved. They all were so friendly and truly make you feel like family. It was truly an honor being a client of there's. Mike Kane and Debbie Auld were so knowledgeable on our case and always working for that extra mile just because they're all in for they're client. Even the rest of the members of the law firm were all impressive. When we went to visit the law firm, random lawyers of they're team we're greeting us and knowing our name and it was so respectful. Wish there was less then a 1 star vote. Complete waste of time. Spoke to the office. Was advised to call back when the osha reports came in. finally received the OSHA reports in and called back. The office wouldnt even connect me to the attorney I had spoke with the first time. The secretary just told me they wouldnt be able to handle the case as its a clear work comp case and they dont handle work comp cases. Yet the attorney "Travis" I spoke with the first time said he wasnt entirely sure and to call back after I received the OSHA reports to let him look over it. Now without even looking at the OSHA reports they just saying nope cant help you. Completely blown off and was a complete waste of time even looking into them. Best of luck to the Easy cases which seems to be all they take to boost their numbers. Since my initial review above, Dan Caplis had personally contacted me first with an apology and a statement of that is not how his firm does business. Mr. Caplis then proceeded to have me email him all the information for my case stating even if it isnt a type of case handled by his firm he would like to take a look at all the findings to not only make sure but possibly advise a little. Mr. Caplis, did take a look and gave some advice and since then has even followed up on 2 occasions now to see how everything is proceeding. Although my initial dealing with the Dan Caplis law firm was less than unpleasant. Mr. Caplis has taken every opportunity to rectify that response. This has thoroughly impressed me as I feel someone in his profession and with his renown would not have normally done. On top of all of it, from dealing with Dan Caplis directly I can tell you he is a very personable and kind individual with a drive to genuinely help. I am going to increase my 1 star rating to 5 simply because if my first dealings were even half this pleasant I would have given a 5 star.

My husband worked as a police officer for the Denver Police Department. While on duty, he and several other officers were struck by an automobile. I cannot say enough about this firm. I contacted them about a year after I’d been struck on-duty by the impaired driver of a semi. I’d been through the workers comp system and insurance and had hoped that my nagging injuries would simply go away. They did not, and I felt lost in “the system”. After extensively researching attorneys I decided to contact Dan, and I must admit that this decision was partially based upon the fact that he’s the son of a police officer. I called their office around ten minutes before close of business, just hoping that I could schedule a time to talk with someone. The receptionist who answered said, “Dan is on his way out of the office but let me see if I can grab him.” Dan dropped his bags, went back into his office, and spent the next half hour on the phone with me. In the next week or so, I had an in-person meeting with Dan. He was very understanding of what I was going through and made the number one priority making sure I got the medical care I needed. I came first, the legal stuff came second. The medical evaluations revealed that I had serious injuries which would not go away without treatment including surgery. I remember Dan calling me on Sunday afternoons from his cell phone to discuss my case. I knew I was in good hands. I’ll be honest, this sort of legal process is not a quick one. But every step of the way I felt I was being well cared for by Caplis Law.
