If I could leave more stars I gladly would!!! Hinds & Hinds is an INCREDIBLE law firm to work with. Their rates are fair & they genuinely care about the clients they represent. Brianne Henninger in particular is a SUPERB LAWYER & at the top of her field in my opinion. She stays calm under pressure, has a very well received/professional court presence & has a huge heart for genuinely using the legal system to help people. At my court date she was up to speed with critical new legislation that the other attorneys were unaware of & it made all of the difference in my case. Her assistant Gretchen is also a joy to work with. She is very kind, compassionate & swift In getting things accomplished. They truly are the dream team & diamonds in the rough of a treacherous field of legal teams & law firms. You won’t regret having them on your side. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!!! Nathan Dowell is a true professional when it comes to helping you through the divorce procedure. He is the most competent lawyer you could ask for if you need legal assistance. He is incredibly knowledgeable and well-versed in his field. Working with both Nathan and his paralegal Morgan will not let you down because they are both very communicative and efficient. Bob has been "my" attorney for nearly two years. He insisted I let my ex-wife kidnap my kids and take them from Louisiana to Colorado - I'm assuming so he could make more money. He brought on two other attorneys, a paralegal, and a "financial guru", against my wishes. For months he was charging me more in a week than my monthly take home. He refused to reduce the staff - especially the financial lady, who charged me over $10,000 for reading emails and correspondence that didn't apply to her, and she never gave me what I asked. Bob made a deal with the opposing attorney - who he treated as if she were his granddaughter - that got me a quarter of what I was supposed to get. My ex lied for hours on her deposition, but he refused to call her on it. He ran up dozens and dozens of hours making me repeat the same information in phone calls and emails. In fact, he agreed to opposing council's terms, from March, but made me pay his staff of four $7,000/wk until November/December. I have paid that worthless firm well over $130,000, I can't pay my bills and he just put a claim in for nearly $50,000 worth of work that was just his firm padding their bill. Steer very clear of this firm, all they care about is getting all of your money.
