She was sympathetic to my problem, but had no suggestions at this time. She did have some concern over an FMLA issue but didn't expand as my problem is complicated and ongoing. So time ran short. I wish I could just sit down for an hour and discuss where I'm at in a LTD/EEOC situation.

I would like to request a refund of my $39 fee. I was not satisfied with the consultation and she stated she could hardly hear me which led to her getting some facts incorrect when responding to me.
