We have just begun my case couple of months ago but I am really having many doubts about this company at this point. After this case precedes a little further I will come back with more information. I honestly don't know how they got the rating that they did. There is almost no communication. I feel like he has dropped my case. No one ever calls me to update me or tell me any changes or court dates. I constantly have to call up to find out when my case has been delayed to.Every time I call they put me on hold and play depressing music for 10 or 20 minutes. I may have to look for other console. I almost feel like I am getting misrepresented. My case started in November. The first court date was in January, the 2nd court date was in February. the 3rd court date was in May and now another court date was set for June 28th and now it's been delayed till August 15th my patience is wearing thin at this point. She did not show up for the first 2 court dates. Delayed the 3rd court date at the very last minute. Was told that we were going to try for June 27th or 28th. And now it's been delayed again till August 15th. I had mentioned to him a few times before that I would like to get this accomplished before the end of June before she got her green card.I don't feel like my attorney is trying to fight for me. At this point I'm hoping things will change.
