AWFUL experience!!! Don’t contract Matthew, over 20-30K down the drain. The whole time he worked on my sisters case he never did anything, never answered calls, constantly canceling meetings, didn’t fight, never responsive. He did as little as possible, it seemed a lot for him to file a motion and charged a ridiculous amount ON TOP of what we were already paying. This is the most unprofessional experience. He would never answer, we would have to leave numerous messages. Please look for another lawyer for the long run. It was good at first and everything turned upside down, no one deserves this kind of experience especially when we paid as much as we did for a long time. It’s not okay. PLEASE beware!!!

He's an overpriced public defender. He did as little as possible to win. We paid in full so we completed with him but I had 2 other consultations with expensive lawyers who said they could win... I gave him the same info. His paralegals were nothing more than secretaries who made me feel lucky if they even passed the message on. It was the Mickey mouse show for adults. He never fought, he was chummy with the District Attourney, he didn't speak professionally, he cussed with my mother in law in the room and I'll end the same way I started... as a criminal defense lawyer he's just an overpriced public defender but I hear he's an excellent immigration specialist.
