Fuimos a este lugar y tubimos una atencion muy complacedora, especialmente por la señorita Casanda que nos explico todo de una manera muy amable asta entender bien todo, y la abogada Ginger que nos ayudo muchisimo en nuestro caso, se las recominedo una exelente persona, muchas gracias por todo.

Mi experiencia fue de lo mejor, un buen lugar, exelentes personas, como Casandra y Ginger la abogada, son muy amables, se las recomiendo a quien necesite de atencion en cualquier tipo de casos, ellas merecen las 5 estrellas por su atención y amabilidad cuando te explican las cosas, por personas como ellas con gusto regresamos a este lugar

Krystal has been absolutely amazing and helpful during my dad's case. She advocates for not only her clients but also their families. Matt has also been extremely helpful by stepping in on my dad's case and making sure it is the best outcome we can receive.

Felt like he was in a hurry to answer question and not looking to help someone who already had the process started. He didn’t seem like he really wanted to help us. However was very knowledgeable with information. He seemed distracted by others outside the meeting area he may be good for other but not for us.

I'm giving them 3 stars in HOPES they will improve but as time goes by so does our hopes. My wife has been in the process for I think 7 years now trying to get her paper's to be here legal. I understand it takes time and patience but when I receive an email from USCIS stating, since they haven't received any paperwork that was requested or heard from our attorney in a year, they will be closing my wife's case. Needless to say, I called the attorney's office to question. I found out, non of our papers were submitted and we have a new paralegal. Covid hits and we're 6 more months behind, but I can say, that is out of their control. I've learned 2 thing's in the time we have been with this Law Firm, 1) Paper's are not sent in a timely manner and 2) they don't communicate. Example today 10/8/24, I called them because my wife still hasn't received a curtesy call back from 9/27/24 and again on 10/4/24. My wife looked up her case and was confused when she read, Notice Was returned to USCIS because the Post Office Could Not Deliver it. If you choose to go with this office, I wish you all the best of luck in your process.
