It has been several years ago when Ms. Palmer, as part of a larger insurance defense firm, refused to pay my entire invoice for services rendered as a professional consultant in a medical malpractice case. The amount of money left unpaid is not the point but the fact that they unilaterally made a decision without any attempt to negotiate or discuss it with me. Her excuse at the time was that the insurance adjuster refused but I found no evidence that she made any attempt to support my claim. This had not happened to me previously and has not happened since.
I would caution all professional consultant in working with her or any firm that she is associated with.
