I consulted/ interviewed several lawyers for help with my (first-time) PPA. I choose to work with Kurt based on his engineering background, but more importantly on his willingness to work with me, rather than simply for me (or himself). I have not been disappointed; communication has been very easy and the process very efficient, much to my benefit. I expect continued engagement with the firm. Move ahead one year. My two PPA's have been merged into a single application under the PCT. I wrote most of the Specifications, under Kurt's guidance, review and editing of the text. What I thought was a fairly simple set of concepts proved hard to put into easily understood and well protected form. Crucial to the process was Kurt pushing me for a major re-organization of my material, and the finished product ended up vastly improved over my original format. That, plus Kurt's writing of the claims, have given me a great deal of confidence in my IP going forward. My expectation that Kurt would work with me was fully realized, and I am very appreciative of the end result. Kurt is highly recommended by me.

I recently hired them to help me with a patent. Let me start by saying the description of how I wanted it to turn out and what he actually delivered blew my mind. The brief desciption of the idea I explained compared to the extensive professional discription they actually got on paper was amazing. Then they continued to help me by giving me leagel advice and helping me along my process. Will be a go to any time I ever need an attorney. Highly recommended to anyone at any level of any process requiring an attorney.

I have met with both Peter and Kurt to discuss both trademarks and patents. I am a one person company just getting started. They both spent the time to explain things in terms I could understand.
