Inconsistent quality of service across different attorneys
“Not going to lie we had a pretty terrible experience through most of our time dealing with R&H. Our last straw, finally got us to in contact with their operations manager (Dan). He was excellent!”

“Called on December 18 to try and get an appointment, they told me that they didn't have any availability till the fourth of January. Jan 4th afternoon, I get a call stating that they are canceling the appointment and that they can't help me but yet it took them two weeks to let me know.”
