While I understand others may have had positive experiences with Robinson & Henry, my own was deeply disappointing. I initially chose them based on positive reviews and an impressive attorney. I specifically addressed concerns about being passed between attorneys and becoming just a number after paying the retainer. The attorney assured me of consistent communication within two days and that she would remain my sole point of contact. My case was straightforward: securing court-ordered visitation with my son. Initially, communication was excellent, with prompt email responses. However, after paying the retainer, responsiveness drastically declined. When my son's mother cut off direct communication, requiring all contact through attorneys, I struggled to reach mine. After a week of silence, a paralegal dismissively stated she was "very busy." I also discovered the attorney had filed incorrect paperwork, effectively delaying my case. Adding to the frustration, the accounting department demanded I replenish my retainer without acknowledging my communication issues or case progress. Shortly after, I was informed, without prior notice or explanation, that a new attorney would be handling my case. I received no refund for the incorrect paperwork filed. The entire experience was a nightmare. I ultimately sought and found competent representation elsewhere. The only positive aspect was the Customer Relations Manager, who contacted me at the end. She was professional and helpful, earning a five-star rating. However, this single positive interaction couldn't salvage the overall negative experience with the firm.

Consulted with attorney regarding a potential issue with an auto mechanic. Mr Whitney was very easy to speak with, answered all my questions and discussed a few scenarios. I left the call with a clear action plan.

Helpful and timely but VERY expensive and aggressive about collection of payment which was collected weekly. I would get multiple calls, texts, and emails immediately, day-of, demanding payment. They charged high rates for every iota of effort. They did offer a referral to a more affordable attorney but the process of transferring cost us many hundreds of dollars and they did not send everything on file. Too many arbitrary costs for smaller cases.

Highly recommend Joseph Sanchez. Very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. He is helpful and gave great insight and advice. The entire process with the office is great and easy. Cost is reasonable and fair.
