Inconsistent quality of service and communication from the law firm
“Not going to lie we had a pretty terrible experience through most of our time dealing with R&H. Our last straw, finally got us to in contact with their operations manager (Dan). He was excellent! He listened to our concerns and showed remorse for the miscommunications that we experienced.”
