I had a broken elbow, on medications after surgery and had to deal with the insurance company who just work for their own interests. I am not the suing kind, but I could tell that the insurance company was just trying to not even pay for what, in fact, were my actual expenses. I was in the middle of a move out-of-state when the car accident injury happened and I finally decided to call a few law offices. Mr. Bill Boyle scheduled a meeting, went over my case, looked at pictures, police report and other paperwork and immediately took my case over. I moved out-of-state just few days after meeting Mr. Boyle. I continued my post-surgery physiotherapy in the new state. Boyle Law did everything that needed done in the background (setting up Subrogation account, communicating with all the medical providers, my insurance company, the other party’s insurance company and more) and I only had to worry about getting my arm better. It was 6 months after the car injury that all my physiotherapy had finally concluded. Ms. Cheryl Wilson at the Boyle Law office stayed on top of things, constantly stayed in communication with me through my months of recovery. She even helped me get more $ in my pocket with a couple strategies. She communicated clearly on how the case was moving forward and its outcomes every step of the way. Boyle Law was very diligent and prompt with sending me my final settlement and proof of all 3rd party payments they made on my behalf. Professional, thorough and they ensured it was an stress-free process from start to the final outcome. The final outcome was way better than I anticipated.

Not responsive. Took a long time to get a reply from initial online query. Then I contacted them a second time. They set up two phone meetings to discuss possible case. They didn't show up at either.

Boyle is a savage. He's smart and willing to litigate your case to get you a fair recovery, something a lot of lawyers won't do because of the time and money it can cost. Highly recommend.
