Excellent, friendly, client service with an emphasis on straightforward, efficient use of billable time. Very professional, prompt, responsive, and informative regarding every detail of case inquiry, progress, management, & billing. Most important: Didn’t take more than a few minutes in my consultation w/ Mr. Sanchez to feel like this was a legal professional that I could trust to inform, educate where needed, and do whatever it takes to bring a matter to resolution one way or another. Regardless the matter or desired outcome, trustworthiness for me personally is primary. Anybody can excel at legal jargon and proceduralese. The communication between the team was great. Process were communicated well so i always knew what was going on. My lawyer was unable to make it to a status conference and sent someone else in her place. The individual was knowledgeable of my case and was able to provide the support needed. Fuethermore, Alex was well prepared and made sure I was a well. She tried to provide other solutions to make things easier and more cost effective for me.
