This office refuses to look into a crime I reported in 2020. This office as well as the Rocky Ford Police Dept. have refused to even acknowledge it. They have covered it up and ignored me since 2020. Just today I was threatened to be arrested for simply reporting a crime to a sherriffs deputy. Before he even asked what the crime was!!

Sgt, Vincent Fraker. Went to court and then had a city inside of Colorado, to use the people's Tax funds to "pay off" for this officers despicable actions and the federales unique services to pay for this disgusting officers actions,
Actions that were never brought to light for this individual.
I can confidently say that this officer makes the community a worse place and I do not feel safe around him.

Any DA who would allow Vincent fraker to work in their office has zero trust. The man happily broke a man’s neck, paralyzed him, and then continued to drag him around ensuring the victim could never walk again. The man never resisted and yet they handcuffed both arms and legs to the hospital bed. Then the police attempted to hide the body camera’s footage. Absolutely disgusting. And the police, DA’s and government wonder why so many have went from distrusting the police to actively disliking them.

How is Vincent Fraker not in prison? I saw the video of him throwing a handcuffed man out of a police vehicle head first, resulting in a broken neck and paralysis. He then threw the paralyzed man around when he said he couldn’t move. So he was eventually promoted and is now in charge of training?! Absolutely insane…

A visit to the district attorney’s office is not likely to be at the top of anyone’s list when visiting any new place because one does not make a stop at the DA’s office when things are going well. However, if contact with the 16th Judicial District District Attorney’s office is required, the office is accessible to the public and fulfills its necessary role as the legal next-step following contact with law enforcement resulting in citation or other criminal
prosecution. The 16th JD handles prosecution in Otero, Bent, and Crowley counties
and is known as the Colorado DA’s office that successfully prosecuted a former Rocky Ford law enforcement officer for murder in 2016.

I used Will for my divorce several years ago. It was a long and complicated process. Both he and his paralegal Andi were helpful in navigating the complex legal waters of my particular divorce. They were very good at getting back to me when I had questions--but I also understand the legal system moves very very slow and they really did a good job of keeping everything running as smoothly as possible. In the end, he helped me with negotiate a decent settlement with my Ex. I would use Will again in a heartbeat!

I did not know Mr. Culver when I hired him for my divorce. He turned out to be not only a honest and moral attorney, but I now count him as a friend! He is of high moral fabric and I trust him implicitly.
