I cannot say enough great things about The Frickey Law firm. Erin Montgomery and Stefani Almada are a powerhouse team. My work comp case was very complicated and long. But Erin and Stefani worked so hard to get me every dime I deserved. So if you're looking for an attorney, stop now and call the Frickey Law firm. They will work hard for you like they did me.

The best decision I made was hiring Frickey Law Firm to help me with my Workman’s Comp Case. It started with Jimmy Elliot who I met in their office. He explained the process and told me the steps to fighting for me they would take. My paralegal Stefani Almada was always a phone call and an email away and she kept me in the loop. Erin Montgomery, was my attorney and she called when she said she would and told me that my final Impairment Rating was very low and asked me if I wanted to continue the case to get a new rating. Her honesty and her hard work basically doubled the first dollar amount I was awarded. Jimmy, Stefani, and Erin are top notch and I reall am happy in all aspects of the Frickey Law Firm. I would recommend them to anyone with a Wormans Comp Case that is denied by their employer. Assurance company and employers think they can scare you with letters telling you that you are denied and that you have only thirty days to act.

I had a complicated case that required diligence over more than a year. It wasn't really about a large amount of money but was more about holding an employer responsible for their actions.
