In October 2019 I was rear ended at a stop light by a person who was texting and driving, causing me to hit the truck in front of me, a concussion and bulging disks in my neck. I contacted Mintz and after a brief meet with a paralegal I was assigned to Robin Scully. I was in injury rehab for about a month and a half, when I was hit head on by a drunk driver, again *while stopped at a red light*. It aggravated my injuries, and added injuries to my back. Robin took on the second accident as well. He navigated through the quagmire that resulted from both accidents so close together. He’s handled the rehab visits, and all of the medical visits, etc. He was responsive and available throughout the process. In the end, I got what I felt was a very fair and good settlement and I’m very happy with choosing Mintz.

Jason and Mallory were great to work with. Mallory handled my case and she was very responsive with questions that I had or when I was checking on progress of the case. She got a settlement that I was happy with in a short amount of time. They both calmed my nerves when it came to dealing with the situation since I was clueless. I would definitely recommend Mintz to friends, family, or anyone looking for an attorney to help them out.

Highly recommend!! I got into a bad wreck in October of 2019. I tried several lawyers, all which told me because the other person was uninsured I was out of money lost and everything. Other lawyers wouldn’t even take the case when I told them the person that caused the accident was uninsured. I got ahold of Mintz and they took my case with no hesitation! They did most of the leg work, I had to get what few documents they couldn’t and just e-mail them paperwork that had been sent to me. Even when companies were stalling they would make sure to reach out to me to let me know they hadn’t forgotten my case. They took care of all of it and called me to let me know I got offered money for a settlement and listened to what I wanted. Always professional, always answered when I called, and had the right knowledge to answer any and all questions I had!

They are complete joke!! I had worked with them for about at least a good year! We got to the part where we were going to start accepting our settlement, and I guess the guy that was working on my case got fired or quit. When we get sent over to the new person to go over our case they completely dropped the ball and screwed over myself and my family and now we have to start from square one.

I would give my experience with then 5 stars because they always communicated with me about my case in a timely manner. They got me as much money for my case as they could. I would use them again for sure in the future.

JASON IS REALLY MEAN TO ME AND HE EVEN MADE FUN OF MY INJURY!!! he should be fired immediately for not providing a good or kind customer experience. DONT GO HERE IT IS BAD AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE!!!
