Letting this law firm represent me was the WORST choice. They were to take a percentage of my settlement. To my knowledge they did. FOUR YEARS LATER they began to garnish ALL of my benefits. Won’t return letter or calls. Save yourself and go somewhere else!!!!!

Elaine Lukic was a godsend when I was at a tough point in my life. In the beginning of 2023, I was being charged for misdemeanors in two different cases and felt very lost. When Elaine first contacted me on the free consultation, she put me at ease very quickly and I remember her saying that she would quash both cases and get them off my record. Fast forward to 2024 and sure enough both cases were quashed and the misdemeanors were downgraded to deferred probation for six months and both of those have been sealed. I can’t say enough great things about Elaine and how much she literally saved me from being eaten up by the justice system. Thank you again and I can’t recommend her enough.

Elaine is my hero! She truly is THE superlawyer for domestic violence cases. I was wrongfully charged and felt defeated. Karin is an excellent lawyer and went above and beyond on my case. She represented me in my divorce and later in a custody issue with my ex husband.
