I am an attorney. We recently adopted our son. Mr. Grob came highly recommended by our Home Study Agency. As a professional in the industry, I am very picky but I was not disappointed. Mr. Grob is kind, understanding, communicative, and efficient. His overwhelming knowledge helped us move through a very difficult case with confidence and ease. We will hire him again we we adopt our next child. I highly recommend Mr. Grob.

We would highly recommend Seth to anyone looking for an attorney to support them through a guardianship and custodial adoption. Our little girl came to us from a hard place when she was five years old. Seth guided us through the process of filing for emergency guardianship, then permanent guardianship and a year later, custodial adoption. Seth is knowledgeable, experienced and an overall great human. It was an emotional journey and we are grateful that we had Seth to guide and direct us through each step.

We cannot recommend Seth enough for his expertise and dedication to his clients. Our infant adoption case was very complicated (Kentucky to Colorado) and Seth was upfront about the challenges but once he provided his plan to us about how we would make it happen, we knew he was our guy. Seth handled our infant adoption case which was complicated going from one state to another (Wyoming to Colorado). He was super knowledgable and helped us along every step of the way. There for a few months it was looking like we were going to have to go to court/litigation, due to an incarcerated birth father fighting the adoption. Thank goodness everything ended up working out and we didn't have to go to court after all, but we could tell we were in good hands with Seth if we had. He made a very scary situation more manageable by talking us through all possible outcomes.

Mr. Erich and Ms. Simpson were immensely helpful in guiding our family through what was by all accounts an incredibly complicated and highly unusual foster care case (that ultimately turned into an adoption case) We knew from the first consultation this was the team we could count on. We are very pleased with the service we received from Attorney Seth Grob. We submitted an inquiry to his practice and received outreach immediately to schedule a consultation. My wife and I wanted to start a family and decided IVF was the right route for us. She carried our child and the child is biologically hers. Seth informed us that a confirmatory adoption would be the best option for us and we proceeded with that route. From the time of the consultation to the complete processing of our confirmatory adoption, it was only two weeks. The required paperwork was easy to complete and we were able to conduct the entire process virtually which worked very well for us.
