I had the wonderful opportunity of working with Shelly. She is truly a blessing! Shelly made sure I was aware of all the steps that would need to happen. She made this difficult and heartbreaking situation easier. I was so blessed to have her and Wendi standing beside me and making sure I was protected. Divorce was something I never wanted but I am so grateful I had them beside me. I can't thank them enough.

I helped my father with Alzheimer's retain a lawyer for a complicated divorce case. We have been working with Shelly Dill for about 8 months and she, along with the whole team, were incredible! She was very through and patient with my father as he was under a lot of stress. We were able to negotiate a deal with his younger EX wife who was trying to take advantage of his medical condition and his money. To put it lightly, we WON! Everything we wanted and more! The communication was excellent, and Shelly or her team even responded on the weekends and evenings! You get more then you pay for with this law firm! I found New Leaf on Google by chance and a year and a half later, I truly believe it was fate. Amber McClain was assigned to me as she has experience with relocation cases and although relocation cases are tough, I wanted to move our family to Texas to be near family. This group of women went above and beyond for not only myself but for my son. Shelly and her team helped me win a permanent protection order against my abuser. Shelly and her team were always prompt about relaying information to me about my case. I was able to meet with Shelly a few times to prepare for my court hearing. She was widely knowledgeable about this type of hearing and was able to answer all my questions as well as give me honest feedback to help me make decisions as the case was playing out. It was important for me to also find a lawyer who was informed about the LGBT+ community. Shelly was kind, understanding, and immensely helpful. I am sure Shelly sees these types of cases often, as she was very knowledgeable, but she treated me like it was her first case when it came to importance and care. I had the pleasure of working with Ryen and Tara in addition to many other folks at New Leaf Family. I found New Leaf when searching for attorneys on the internet last summer. I did not have much time to select an attorney, but I was pleasantly surprised how professional and responsive they were at the onset, getting me up and running within a couple of days. We had a difficult-to-work-with opposing attorney, but the New Leaf team was always pushing to get responses and follow-through from her. It was comforting knowing that the New Leaf team was more experienced than the other attorney and always seemed more prepared and invested in the case and my successful outcome. They were fun to work with and helped take some of the stress and anxiety out of the situation. They also stayed involved until all matters were 100% wrapped up. In the end, I feel that I received my value out of what was charged/billed to me. They have a different subscription model that most people would prefer, but maybe not all. I liked it because it allowed us to focus on the details of our case and not worry about being nickeled and dimed charges like many attorneys do. I appreciated the overall knowledge and experience the team offered and also how they would pull in internal experts when needed (financial details) and secured external professional experts as well to help my case.
