I hired Blake to help me with five DUI cases. According to Colorado law the fourth should have been a felony. Blake looked at my individual situation and circumstance and worked with the DAs Office to keep all charges to at a misdemeanor. I was sentenced to 120 days in jail as opposed to many years in prison. I ended up serving 86 days and now I’m out and able to rebuild my life. He was so helpful that I’m looking at hiring his brother for my bankruptcy.

Robert Sutton is one of the most personable attorneys I have ever come across. He has been with us every step of the way with our case and answered my countless questions and concerns patiently. Great lawyer! If you need assistance with a DUI case Tom is the guy to talk to. He’s professional, he is explanatory, and his background history with law enforcement comes in pretty handy in the court room. I did a lot of searching and reading reviews just like you are if you’re reading this and I promise you won’t be unhappy using the Tooley law-firm. DUI’s are stressful but Tom helped ease my worry and get back to normal life. Highly recommended!

I can’t speak deeply about their ability within the legal system. What I can speak to is having connected with them about my father’s BK13, you see he had passed away. It was still an active case. I was told by Mr Sutton he would research my questions and call me back. It came across to me he didn’t have the legal knowledge to answer my question. Which is fine. I never did hear back. And so I left it at that and sought independent legal advice from my counsel to get important answers to questions that would affect my mother, in the wake of my father’s death. As a business owner myself not calling back with information that was stated to be delivered , is a lack of follow through. And that is unprofessional especially considering the situation and how his name is attached to a case that was active. Unfortunately, it appears to me they were most concerned collecting payment from my father but not performing while still listed as an attorney in an active BK case. While I can’t say if they’d be capable to represent you. Just be mindful as you interview them along with other attorneys to ensure you have well rounded representation for your needs. Not only on the front side when you pay them but throughout your client/attorney experience.
