“Begged me to rent to his "Dear, Dear Family Friends, and he would make sure rent was paid". Hahaha, I'm a fool. This guy now owes me over $2500 dollars, took my lawn mower, and threatened to keep his scum Dear Friends in my rental well past end of lease with legal shenanigans.”
