Truly worthless. Mark was hired for a project to assess our risk procedures. He spent several weeks researching our business and business practices. He interviewed several of our executives. He then presented us with a three paragraph report summarizing his finding! It was a complete joke, accept it was not funny. His work can only be described as shoddy. His effort can only be described as lazy.
