I recently hired Mr. Meretta to represent me in a matter concerning a former employer. Dave was always on top of things, no matter the hour of day. He was communicative and prompt with all of the negotiations that took place between my former employer and myself, and was able to deliver results that were more than satisfying. He was a pleasure to work with and I will certainly refer him to others who may benefit from his years of experience and vast knowledge regarding employment law. I am more than pleased with my decision to contact Dave, after all, he was referred to me by a former colleague and friend of mine who had very similar issues and was well taken care of by Mr. Meretta.

My case was not easy and the other party made it very difficult to negotiate terms with. At one point the other party was not willing to settle at all. Dave kept fighting for me and we reached a positive settlement! I recommend Dave highly, and he's an outstanding attorney!
