Inquired to see the specifics as to construction defect procedure. I am a Community Association Manager who was looking to assist my community. Shane and his team advised me on process and requirements. I was advised HF would look at my situation and it would be free of charge. Shane Fleener was understanding and did not charge for my questions. I was also assisted by Danielle Holley. She was quick in her responses and helped when Shane was unavailable. If you are in a situation like myself I would recommend this group to just take a look. They are A+ in my book.
