I met with Daniel Kapsak along with my Grandmother through the education\planning and final copy of her Will\Trust. We found him to be professional, knowledgeable and very helpful with the process. He always met face to face with us. He took time and was very clear with explaining so that my grandmother understood the process and the choices she was making. Her concerns, wishes and ideas were his priority, and she never felt rushed or had unanswered questions. My Grandmother has since passed away, and my husband and I have been very pleased with all the documents as we have settled her estate. Daniel Kapsak met with us, and gave us direction and assistance. Everything has been complete, and in order. We did need and use the health care power of attorney and financial power of attorney, these made everything clear and stress free. The trust has made the whole process seamless and smooth.
