This Law Firm is by far one of the worst firms that I ever come across. They are condescending to clients, and will take your money, all while putting minimum effort in to your case. They use a system that is designed to rob you regardless of how you feel, meaning they'll convince you that things will go bad in your case unless you pay them more money. If you can't afford to pay any more, they'll relieve themselves from your case and insult you.We've reported them to the bar association, and hope that others who've been wronged will do the same. Sad that mr bagley himself was once mayor of Longmont, but doesn't surprise me, as he's hot headed and has no genuine concerne for the people of Longmont.

I am so glad to have found Charles Liken at the Bagley Law Firm. He helped me attain a settlement with the state, giving me a clear record and peace of mind. I recommend the Bagley Law Firm for its professionalism and genuine client care.

Charles did not remember our conversations, therefore, I needed to refresh him of the details. This occurred more than once in our small window of time, working together. This is unprofessional and a waste of everybody's time. When I called him on it, he turned it around as me being brash, vs me relaying truth. Avoid attorneys who cannot handle conflict... bad sign. He made good when I suggested most of my retainer fee be returned.

I appreciate this company. Nick did an excellent job in supporting me in my case and offered the optimism and clarity that I needed along the way. I am very grateful and appreciative of the end result and wouldn't have been able to come this far without his assistance. Nice experience and helpful staff.

Charles was great!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This firm has an awful turn around. The attorney I had was paid in full up front and did very little to defend me. Showing up almost late to my court date without filing the adequate paper work. Not telling me if I waited till closer to my court date to accept a plea deal, it would have been better. I accepted the first one, as I had never been in trouble with the law prior. Absolutely the worst overpriced legal representation. Very disappointed.

Don’t expect any respect or communication after your case is complete and money collected. Kinda used car lot experience.
