Tim Johnson defended me in my protection order, restraining order case. It was a challenging case with witnesses and evidence against me that dragged out through 3 court appearances. So I have been getting the run around with lawywes for sometime. Bryan sat me down gave me solid advice. I will be back here to finish my case. I will forever be grateful to him.

Retained this firm to process a separation. This was a non contested separation without any disputes. Original estimation was approximately $5K which is an acceptable rate. After separation was completed, Bagley tagged on an additional $2K to my bill without my knowledge. $7k for simple separation case is unreasonable. I finally became aware of the outstanding bill 4 months later, due to a letter with 2 weeks notice to pay or go to collections. I called to pay it as soon as I read the letter (10 days past notice. I travel for business 90% and rarely at this address} and was informed that it has already gone to collections and they cannot take my payment. They said I have to deal with the collection agency and this is out of their control. They told me they tried to contact me numerous times. However, I never received any voicemails/emails/mail/letters. This is the first time I saw a copy of the invoice with $2K additional charges. This firm will relentlessly charge you for additional services to a simple separation agreement without notifying the customer. I would expect a prestigious law firm to treat their customers as follows: Send bills in the mail Send more than one notification Accept payments when offered Be more customer oriented (very rude) After standard retainer, communicate additional charges
