Ian Mckinley and his staff are exceptional, I cannot begin to say enough positive things about him and his law firm. Not only is he an excellent attorney, He is committed to helping the community. He works extremely close with I believe the one and only and oldest non profit organizations in Longmont for the latino community "el comite". Him and his staff are extremely easy to talk to, No judgements on any type of case you bring him and regardless of race, religion, He will help you in any way that he can. Because he works so close with the local nonprofit in the latino community you would very surprised that he is 100% extremely fluent in speaking Spanish as well as his staff. Do yourself a favor, if you need help legally - Do not go anywhere else.

Ian helped me with my wife's case. While USCIS was doing everything as possible to make the case harder without any valid reason, Ian was gearing up for a fight and did he. He did not allow any incompetent embassy counsel or Immigration agent to misshandle or missguide the process. Ian was able to walk us through and shielded my wife's case from any attempts of unfairness.
