James expertly resolved our contentious home co-ownership dispute and navigated a very honest, reasonable result that was 30% higher than the other party’s original offer. I recently retained James Shanor to work on a tenant case for my son. I'm a lawyer, but not licensed in Colorado. I then flew to Colorado and my son and I met with James and confirmed that he was our choice. James was extremely effective in getting my son's formerly completely recalcitrant landlord to settle our claim for a substantial sum and release him from his lease. Further, James was able to reverse the insurance company's refusal to pay our claim and persuade them to pay the maximum claim. I am quite sure that without James neither of these outcomes would have been possible. In addition, we were charged a very reasonable fee for James's services.
