Nick is a true professional and really made sure we were going to make it to the finish line and accomplish our goals. John Gstalder has been an attorney of mine for over ten years. I enjoy working with Dan and he always makes himself available to help clients we have in common. When I have a client with a real estate need I typically call Dan first because I know he will take good care of them. In addition to my clients I would highly recommend Dan to my friends and family.

Stay away from this guy. I am out of the country and needed someone to take my place at small claims court. Gstalder would not even talk to me without paying $500, and on top of that he did not know the deadline a lawyer had to enter his representation with the court. To start it all off I spent a 1/2 talking to his screener, and she had no clue later of what I had said to the guy.
