I am not a novice when it comes to working with attorneys and feel very confident to highly recommend Cody Balzer and the Balzer Law Firm. My wife and I first contacted Cody Balzar concerning forced pooling by an oil company with our 10 acre home outside Loveland. Cody was very informative in explaining our rights and paths forward with how to deal with the oil company. Cody represented us well in all the negotiations with the oil company concerning our mineral rights. We had been approached by a development company on purchasing our property and we engaged Cody as our Lawyer to negotiate the sale of the property. The sale became very complicated and Cody was indispensable in communicating with the developer's lawyer and representing our interests in the many delays and complications over a period of 4 months before the deal was completed. Cody did an excellent job of explaining the legal status and our options in both situations.
