Personal and pleasant experience. Thank you

As a financial advisor who deeply cares for my clients' needs, I reached out to Stone Law, LLC to inquire about their estate planning services in the Grand Junction, Colorado, area. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. My initial call was disconnected by a representative named Casey, which was frustrating. On my second attempt, I spoke with Sarah, who was very professional and courteous. However, when I asked for additional information, I didn't receive much help. Moreover, I was not given any timeframe for when my clients could potentially meet with the firm, which is crucial for planning purposes. Overall, I didn't feel that Stone Law, LLC was interested in accommodating new clients. As a fiduciary who prioritizes my clients' best interests, this lack of attention and assistance was disappointing.

Andrew and Lisa were efficient, caring, empathetic and made what should have been a stressful and often controversial experience, easy and painless. We will definitely be using Stone Law in the future for all our needs.

I met Andrew Stone for the first time on 6/16/2015, after he has worked with my parents for at least a year. Both my mother and father spoke very highly of him and I knew why immediately upon being introduced; not to mention that he has been fantastic in helping my mother through this very difficult time, answering all of her questions and providing her with guidance on every issue she's facing right now. I trust his judgment for her completely and know she's in good hands. And when I get to a point where I can tackle the topic, I will be working with Mr. Stone for my own will. Excellent knowledge of trusts, especially as they relate govermental interaction

Stone law was the attorney for my grandmother's trust administration. There are very few positive things to say about the entire experience. As a whole, the administration of the trust took almost a year - this was due to the Stone office being slow to send documents, reply to emails, or sometimes simply failing to communicate at all. Multiple times, numbers and information that the staff had prepared had to be corrected by us, essentially us being charged to ultimately do the work ourselves. While all of this was going on, my other grandfather with an estate twice as large passed away and his lawyer had everything finished within one month, while Stone law continued to delay and go, at times, weeks without any contact whatsoever. And, to top it all off, they bill at $400/hour - by FAR the most expensive of any similar area lawyer for the work done. All in all, the experience with Stone law was beyond frustrating and I'd suggest anyone needing these services to go anywhere else.
