Theresa went above and beyond for me. Even when the other side got underhanded and really dirty, she had confidence in me as a client and it made me feel safe and secure in situations where I might have doubted myself or been afraid, such as giving my deposition (which otherwise would have terrified me). She was communicative where I asked her to be, but also kept things private from me when I requested it due to the stress of my case. She was knowledgeable and helpful in all manners and was always good at educating me on areas that I was confused about. I can't imagine my case would have gone as well without her. She was patient, understanding, kind, and trustworthy. I was able to reach a settlement with her assistance and I couldn't be more grateful.

I hired Theresa to assist me in preparing an appellate brief for a case that I tried and won in the lower District Court of Denver County. Theresa did a fantastic job in gathering the facts, reviewing the record and developing the most persuasive arguments. The appellate brief was so well drafted that the Appellate Court deemed it unnecessary to hear oral arguments, and the lower court's decision was upheld.
