I have worked with both Katie and Lance on separate legal issues, and wish to express my appreciation for their professional and relational support which lead to a well-focused, positive outcome in both situations. I have recently referred a friend to their site and I hope that my friend will find the same commitment from Goff & Goff which I have happily experienced. For me, positive outcomes were twice achieved, where the pending uncertainty might otherwise have never been fairly resolved. Thank you, Goff & Goff, for the good work!!

katie goff is not to be trusted .the proof is that she dose not remember me.thats how much care she has for her clients and she cant reconize a medical proxy paper.i paid her $150.00 to look into my partners situation .she came back to me didnt tell me my partner was appointed a emergancy guardian told me i have no standing .according to sb 19-073 artical 18.5 of title 15 and atrical 14 of title 15 i had way more standing than his family wich they turned down to be his proxy.she acted as if all i cared about was money.

I am forever grateful that I worked with Katie Goff through my divorce. I had no idea what I needed and Katie helped to put me on the right path and guided me the entire way. She's friendly and kind in her approach, I felt she empathized with my situation. She is also very experienced so I felt like I was in good hands. She included me in all communications and I really appreciated the transparency. She helped me to let go of petty things, which helped me be a better person through a difficult situation. We focused on what mattered most and I was glad with the outcome. I'm very glad to have worked with Katie!

Katie is a fantastic attorney! She is very thorough, detailed, and supportive. She is wonderful to work with, so courteous and friendly. Excellent communication, very prompt on returning calls and emails. She did a wonderful job representing me. Highly recommend Katie!

Just spoke with Lance after being referred to him by a legal service provider through my employer. He was extremely professional, and probably one of the most honest and realistic attorneys I've ever spoken too. My legal matter has evolved over the course of the past 6 months, and at this point no longer warrants further pursuit. Lance was honest with me about my matter and kept the conversation light and on track. If I have other legal matters in the future, I would not hesitate to contact this firm again.

Bart Balis did a great job with some complex matters - even rocked a Seersucker suit to the creditors meeting. What more could you ask for?

DO NOT USE KATHRYN GOFF. She may have been good years ago. But she is not any more. She is ridiculously over priced. She will nickle and dime to no end. Every single email and 2 second phone call will cost hundreds of dollars. I paid her retainer and before she had even begun on my case she was sure it would cost way beyond her retention fee. My case was smooth with very little back and forth between her and i and the opposing attorney. It was handled very quickly. She did a terrible job representing me. She could not spell names correctly. She was constantly forgetting details. She conceded on nearly every single issue. DO NOT USE HER. Her service is terrible. Her cost is outrages. I could have achieved the same results on my own.
