I have been a clinent of “Law Offices of Peter Loyd Weber and Associates” for over two years. I have not one thing bad to say about this law firm. They are very educated in Family Law matters. These last two years has been an up hill battle with my ex. Just imagine the worst pasible thing you can accuse a parent of doing to a child and times that by 5. (all because I wanted to move on with my live and start a family with someone else.) Luis, John, and Petter are the best at what they do. They take time to understand your situation and work on a game plan to achieve it. They never blow smoke up where the sun don’t shine. They are very straight forward in what they can do and how to go along getting it done. There has been plenty of times when they advised me to give an inch in the court room or allowing my ex to get something that had nothing to do with the case. (out from left field) Even when I believe that it was not fair to me or my Childed. But in the long run that inch and that gratitude paid off. That Inch turned into a mile, that gratitude turned into trust with the judge and being awarded full custody of my daughter and my ex only having 4 hours of visitation a week. These guy know what they are doing. Yes, every case is different, every case has there own/different obstacles to over come. But if it was not for these guys I would not have the peace of mind of knowing that my precious little angel is safe. Thank you luis for everything that you have done and are still doing. Thank you John for always being there to anwser any questions that I had when Luis was not there, and helping on the case when it started to get complicated. Last but not least, Peter, Thank you for everything that you have done to help me out. Thank you for your generosity when I lost my job in the very begiinning of all this and working with me to allow me to get back on my feet and not just dropping me form the case like a bag of potatos. Thank you for your compassion when I came to you at the very start with this and did not treat me like a criminal or looked down or judge me like the countless Officers, secretaries, paper pushers, and lawers before you. I can only say thank you from my bottom of my heart.

I went to Peter for help with a divorce, and because of the woman I was divorcing, soon needed criminal assistance too. Peter and his staff took me by the hand got me better than expected outcomes on all counts, criminal and family. Not a big corporate attorney, he's able to attend to personal details and return questions the same day. His prices were much lower than I expected. Today, I consider Peter a friend.

Peter and his staff worked so good. They let me ask any questions I wanted and never charged more than I could afford. They actually care about their clients and helped me in more ways I can explain. They don't help clients that are trying to work the system, and that's what makes them different.

Peter was very helpful and very upfront with the whole process! This was my first time ever needing a lawyer and I looked at several different ones before going with him and I'm happy I did! I worked with John who is also at this practice and he was with me the whole way. He stayed with me at court thru the whole process. He would always call and let me know if anything changed and also remind me of court the day before. They made me feel like I was their only client! If anyone is looking for a lawyer that is going to actually do something and fight for you I would recommend seeing them!! They are truly the best!!!

Throughout my situation this law firm and this lawyer has helped me better understand the system. Any question that I have had has always been answered to my complete satisfaction. Peter has guided me to remove the emotion that I felt in the situation and helped me understand the best way to proceed to achieve results that benefit me and my situation. Peter Loyd Weber Attorneys at law did an amazing job in representing me on my medical marijuana criminal charges. I was charged with five felony drug charges that involved medical marijuana. Peter Loyd Weber was able to fight the District Attorney to make a plea bargain deal on a deferred M-1 misdermeanor charge. All of the felony charges were dropped. Peter Loyd Weber was able to take my case as far we needed to get a plea bargain deal that did not include any felony charges. Any felony conviction would have hindered me in my ability to work on many projects that my employer would need me on. Most projects that I work on require back ground checks to be on the project and a felony charge would prevent me to work on these projects. This may have lead to my termination from my employer.I would highly recommend Peter Loyd Weber to represent your case and be an advocate for your rights as a citizen.

He was able to quickly take on my case since I was not aware that a lot had been filed before I knew that it was happening. I spoke to several firms before his and they didn't seem to have any sense of urgency or treat me like they cared about my case. He made me very comfortable when talking to him and that he was working towards the best resolution for my kids and I. Was always honest about the process and set the right expectations. He didn't try to encourage disagreements between the kids father and I but gave me the best advice to make the process as smooth as it could be. I felt I had the best possible outcome for my kids.

Peter helped me out of a jam and was great at keeping me posted throughout the entire process. I'd say my case was quite successful in the end and I couldn't have even hoped for anything better. Stellar work from Peter and just a great guy! He knows his stuff and he'll be honest and up front the entire time. Fantastic rates for his services as well.

I have to say that Peter Loyd Weber has given me a new outlook on Lawyers & the laws that protect us as human beings. I was recently was put between a rock & a hard place and had no where to turn and Peter gave me light at the end of the tunnel. He was very attentive with my case and explained everything to me with care. I highly recommend and to this day still use his services ,because he made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable place in my life.
